GriefLedger
GriefLedger is a mobile + web app for people navigating loss who want a structured, private place to store memories without the noise of social media. Users create a “person profile” and add moments as entries: photos, voice notes, letters, anniversaries, and small daily check-ins. The app gently prompts around known hard dates (birthdays, death anniversaries, holidays) and offers optional rituals like “write a letter,” “share one story,” or “save a voice memory.” It also includes a controlled sharing mode for family circles: invite-only, with granular permissions and a clear boundary between private and shared entries. This is not therapy and not a generic journaling app; it’s a memory system designed for grief. The product succeeds or fails on trust, privacy, and simplicity—so it avoids feeds, likes, and public discovery by default.
