GrievanceGo is a mobile + web app that helps workers document and file labor-rights complaints safely when retaliation is a real risk. It guides users through incident logging (dates, locations, witnesses), stores evidence (photos, audio, PDFs), and generates jurisdiction-specific complaint packets for labor boards, ombuds offices, or trusted NGOs. The app includes a “risk mode” that minimizes identifying metadata, offers secure sharing links with time limits, and provides plain-language explanations of what happens after filing. It’s not a magic legal fix: many cases won’t go anywhere without strong evidence or local enforcement, and the app will say that upfront. The goal is to reduce the friction and fear that stop people from reporting wage theft, harassment, unsafe conditions, or discrimination. Monetization is B2B (unions/NGOs/employer compliance hotlines) plus optional low-cost worker subscriptions for storage and export.
