GrievanceKit is a mobile + web app that helps union stewards and members document workplace issues in a structured, defensible way. It guides users through incident intake (who/what/when/where/contract clause), captures photos/audio, logs witnesses, and generates a clean grievance packet with a timeline and attachments. An AI assistant can suggest likely contract articles based on the user’s notes and highlight missing details, but the app is explicit that it’s not legal advice. It also tracks deadlines, meeting notes, and outcomes, creating a searchable case history for the local. The reality: many grievances fail because documentation is sloppy, timelines are missed, or details are inconsistent—this app focuses on reducing those avoidable losses. It’s built for real-world union workflows, not generic HR ticketing.
