GritLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps users build resilience by tracking hard things they actually did—rejections, uncomfortable conversations, workouts finished, deadlines met—then turning those “receipts” into a weekly grit score and a simple plan. Instead of generic journaling, it uses structured prompts: what was the discomfort, what did you avoid, what did you do anyway, and what did you learn. An AI coach summarizes patterns (avoidance triggers, excuses, energy dips) and suggests one realistic exposure challenge per day based on your calendar and past behavior. It also includes a “Failure Log” that normalizes setbacks and forces a short post-mortem so users don’t repeat the same mistakes. The goal isn’t feeling better today; it’s building evidence that you can handle discomfort over time.
