GroomOps is a mobile + web app for independent pet groomers that fixes the unglamorous, money-leaking parts of the job: missed appointments, unclear coat condition notes, and inconsistent pricing. It combines scheduling, deposits, automated reminders, and a fast “service card” for each pet (coat type, matting level, behavior flags, preferred cut notes, photo history). An AI-assisted intake turns a few photos and quick questions into a suggested time block, risk flags (matting, aggressive handling), and a price range you can override—helpful, but not magic. The app also generates post-groom report cards and rebooking prompts to keep clients coming back. This is not a marketplace; it’s operations software that makes solo groomers look professional and get paid reliably, without needing a receptionist or a complicated salon POS.
