GroupPulse

GroupPulse is a mobile + web classroom management app that makes small-group work actually manageable. Teachers set up groups in seconds, then run a live “group status board” during class: each group can be marked as On Track, Needs Help, Waiting, or Done, with a one-tap timer per group to reveal who’s been waiting longest. Students can request help from a shared device QR code or their own phone, but the teacher controls visibility so it doesn’t become a chat app. The app also logs lightweight evidence: time-on-task, number of help requests, and quick teacher notes, producing a simple weekly snapshot for planning and interventions. It’s not trying to replace an LMS or gradebook; it focuses on the messy 20 minutes where classrooms often fall apart: transitions, group work, and equitable teacher attention.
