GTMProof is a web app (AI + traditional) that stress-tests your go-to-market plan with real evidence, not slide-deck optimism. It ingests your positioning, ICP, pricing, channels, and sales motion, then forces you through a structured “proof” workflow: customer interview notes, competitor comparisons, channel benchmarks, and pipeline math. The AI helps draft interview scripts, extract themes from call transcripts, and generate falsifiable hypotheses (e.g., “CFOs will pay $X for Y outcome”). The app then scores confidence by requiring artifacts: 10 interview summaries, 3 lost-deal reasons, 5 competitor landing pages, and a basic unit-economics model. You get a single GTM scorecard, a prioritized experiment backlog, and a weekly plan that ties activities to measurable leading indicators (reply rate, meeting rate, activation, conversion). It’s built for teams that need clarity fast and can’t afford another vague “strategy refresh.”
