GuestGuard is a mobile + web app that turns messy wedding guest management into a controlled workflow. Instead of yet another “wedding website,” it focuses on the most failure-prone parts: collecting accurate addresses, tracking plus-ones, meal choices, allergies, and keeping headcounts consistent across events (ceremony, reception, brunch). Couples can send SMS/email RSVP links, set rules (no plus-one unless allowed, capacity limits per event), and automatically flag conflicts like duplicate households, missing addresses, or inconsistent responses. It includes a simple seating export and vendor-ready summaries, but avoids bloated planning features that couples won’t finish setting up. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for data cleanup (name/address dedupe, household grouping suggestions, and anomaly detection). Monetization: one-time wedding fee or subscription during planning, with optional paid SMS bundles.
