GuidanceLoop is a mobile + web app that helps people build real mentorship relationships without the awkwardness and flakiness of traditional “mentor matching.” Instead of promising perfect matches, it focuses on structured, lightweight guidance: users post a specific goal and a 2-week “micro-ask” (e.g., review my resume bullets, help me plan a difficult conversation, sanity-check my project scope). Mentors respond only if they can commit to a short, defined loop. The app provides templates, scheduling, and a shared action plan, then nudges both sides to close the loop with outcomes and next steps. An AI assistant helps mentees write clearer asks and helps mentors give concise, actionable feedback, but humans remain the core value. The product is designed to reduce ghosting, prevent endless chatting, and make mentorship feel doable even for busy professionals.
