GuildPulse
GuildPulse is a web + mobile community hub that consolidates a player’s scattered gaming groups (Discord servers, clan sites, Reddit threads, Google Docs) into a single, structured space. It focuses on what communities actually struggle with: onboarding, schedules, roles, and repeatable events. Communities can publish “playbooks” (rules, builds, raid strats, tryout steps), run event signups with attendance tracking, and maintain a searchable knowledge base that doesn’t vanish in chat scroll. An AI assistant summarizes long threads into actionable notes, auto-generates onboarding checklists, and flags outdated guides when patches drop (based on community-provided sources). Monetization is straightforward: freemium for small groups, paid tiers for larger communities needing advanced roles, analytics, and integrations. This isn’t trying to replace Discord; it’s the layer that makes Discord communities actually operable.
