GustLedger
GustLedger is a mobile + web app that helps contractors, property managers, and insurers document whether damaging winds likely occurred at a specific address and time. Instead of generic city forecasts, it pulls nearby station data, radar-derived wind products, and high-resolution model reanalysis, then produces a plain-language “wind event report” with confidence ranges, maps, and citations. Users can attach photos, notes, and timestamps, and export a shareable PDF for claims, dispute resolution, or internal maintenance records. This is not a magic “yes/no” oracle: wind at a single roof is hard to measure, and the app will explicitly show uncertainty and data gaps. The value is speed, consistency, and defensible sourcing—turning scattered meteorological data into a repeatable workflow that non-meteorologists can use without hiring a consultant for every small case.
