GxPProof

GxPProof is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps biotech and life-science teams assemble audit-ready evidence packs for GxP, GLP, and ISO-aligned processes. Instead of hunting through shared drives, emails, and instrument exports, users create a “control” and attach evidence items (SOPs, training records, calibration certificates, deviation/CAPA records, change controls) with timestamps and ownership. The app focuses on traceability: who did what, when, under which approved procedure, and what changed since last audit. An AI assistant can auto-classify uploaded documents, extract key metadata (effective dates, version, approver), and flag missing links (e.g., a run record without current calibration). This is not a full eQMS replacement; it’s a lightweight evidence layer that sits on top of existing tools and makes audits less painful and less risky.
