GymnPlanr is a mobile + web app for gymnastics coaches to plan weekly training with realistic load management. Coaches log minutes and intensity per event (vault, bars, beam, floor) plus key skill categories (impact landings, repetitions, turns). The app visualizes cumulative load, flags risky spikes, and suggests simple adjustments (swap impact-heavy drills, reduce reps, add recovery blocks) based on the athlete’s age, level, and injury history. It also includes a quick daily readiness check (sleep, soreness, pain) and a coach-friendly dashboard for groups. This is not a magic injury-prevention tool; it’s a structured planning and tracking system that makes overuse risk visible before it becomes a problem. Exportable reports help communicate with parents and physical therapists without drowning everyone in spreadsheets.
