GymSafeCheck is a mobile + web app for gyms and coaches to run fast, consistent safety and readiness checks before training. It replaces messy clipboards and “we always do it this way” habits with a lightweight workflow: athlete self-report (sleep, soreness, pain flags), coach confirmation (warm-up completed, landing surface set, spotting plan), and equipment/area checks (mats, bars, beams, floor zones).
