GymSlot is a web + mobile app for schools and youth leagues to schedule shared facilities (gyms, fields, courts) without the endless email threads and double-bookings. Athletic directors and league coordinators publish facility availability, blackout dates, and setup/teardown buffers. Coaches request slots, get auto-suggested alternatives, and receive approvals with a clear audit trail. The app also handles “who has priority” rules (varsity over JV, league games over practice, weather makeups) and pushes real-time changes to everyone via calendar sync and SMS. It’s not glamorous, but it targets the most common operational failure in youth/school sports: facilities are scarce and conflicts waste hours weekly. Monetization is straightforward: per-school subscription with optional SMS add-on and multi-school district pricing.
