GymSlotter is a mobile + web app for basketball programs that constantly fight for gym time: schools sharing facilities, clubs renting courts, and leagues juggling refs and scorekeepers. It centralizes court availability, recurring practice blocks, game-day overrides, and staff assignments in one place, with automatic conflict detection and instant notifications when schedules change. Instead of spreadsheets, group texts, and last-minute cancellations, teams get a single source of truth that parents, players, coaches, and facility managers can trust. The app supports multi-team organizations, blackout dates, travel days, and “hold vs confirmed” reservations so you can plan realistically. It also includes lightweight attendance and “who’s bringing what” checklists for away games. This isn’t glamorous—it's operational plumbing—but it removes the most common, expensive failure: wasted gym time and confused people showing up to the wrong place.
