GymSlotter

GymSlotter is a mobile + web app that shows real-time availability for community gyms, recreation centers, and school facilities (courts, pools, tracks, weight rooms) and lets users reserve time slots. It targets the everyday frustration of showing up to a packed gym or a locked court, especially during peak hours. Facilities get a lightweight admin dashboard to publish schedules, capacity limits, closures, and drop-in rules, plus simple QR check-in to reduce no-shows. The app is not trying to “social network” sports; it’s a practical utility for access and planning. Revenue comes from facility subscriptions (and optionally a small per-reservation fee) rather than ads. The MVP should focus on a few facility partners in one metro area, because without supply-side adoption the product is useless. If you can’t sign facilities, this will stall.
