GyroAudit

GyroAudit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns raw flywheel telemetry into bankable, audit-ready performance and revenue reports. Flywheel projects often stall because stakeholders can’t trust the numbers across vendors, meters, and market settlements. GyroAudit ingests time-series data (power, SOC, RPM, bearing temps, vibration, alarms), aligns it with site meters and market/utility signals, then produces standardized KPIs: round-trip efficiency, response time, availability, delivered kW/kWh vs commitments, degradation trends, and incident timelines. It flags data gaps, meter drift, and suspicious periods, and generates exportable evidence packs for financiers, insurers, utilities, and internal management. This is not a control system; it’s a verification layer that sits above existing SCADA/EMS and reduces disputes. Realistic value: fewer payment clawbacks, faster commissioning sign-off, and clearer maintenance prioritization.
