H2FleetOps

H2FleetOps is a web + mobile fleet operations app for hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle (FCEV) operators who are sick of unpredictable fueling availability and maintenance surprises. It aggregates station status, pricing, and reliability signals into a single dispatch view, then recommends fueling plans per vehicle based on route, tank level, station risk, and time windows. The app also tracks recurring station outages and creates “reliability scores” so dispatchers can avoid bad stations proactively. On the vehicle side, drivers get a simple “where to fuel next” checklist and incident reporting (station down, nozzle issues, long queues). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for scheduling, logging, and compliance; AI for outage prediction, anomaly detection from fleet/station patterns, and auto-generated incident summaries. Realistically, the biggest challenge is data access—without partnerships or crowdsourcing, accuracy will be mediocre.
