H2OpsMeter
H2OpsMeter is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for hydrogen producers running electrolyzers who need a brutally clear view of performance and cost per kg—without a full-blown SCADA overhaul. It ingests time-series data from common historians/PLCs (or simple CSV exports) and normalizes it into a single operational dashboard: kWh/kg, stack degradation trends, water usage, uptime, curtailment events, and maintenance impact. It flags when efficiency drift is likely due to stack aging vs. balance-of-plant issues, and it produces finance-ready reports that tie electricity price windows to actual hydrogen output. This is not a magic “optimize everything” product; it’s a practical layer that turns messy plant data into decisions: when to schedule maintenance, how to run during volatile power prices, and what to tell investors/offtakers about real performance.
