H2PermitPro

H2PermitPro is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps hydrogen storage project teams assemble, track, and defend permitting and compliance documentation. Hydrogen storage projects often stall because requirements vary by jurisdiction and reviewers want traceable evidence: hazard analyses, separation distances, ventilation, leak detection, emergency response plans, inspection logs, and change management. The app provides structured templates, a requirements checklist mapped to common standards (e.g., NFPA 2, ISO 19880-1, local fire codes), and a “single source of truth” document vault with versioning and audit trails. An AI assistant can pre-fill narratives, flag missing artifacts, and generate reviewer-ready packets, but it won’t replace competent safety engineering. Integrations pull inspection data from CMMS/EAM systems and store sensor calibration certificates. Realistically, this wins by reducing rework and shortening review cycles, not by doing ‘magic’ engineering.
