H2StationIQ

Hydrogen fueling is still unreliable: stations go down, queues form, and drivers waste hours gambling on availability. H2StationIQ is a mobile + web app that aggregates real-time station status, predicted uptime, and queue estimates so FCEV drivers and fleet dispatchers can plan with confidence. It combines user check-ins (with photo/time proof), partner telemetry feeds where available, and anomaly detection to flag likely outages or low-pressure events. The app provides route planning optimized for hydrogen constraints (station hours, known reliability, distance buffer) and sends alerts when a planned station degrades. A lightweight fleet dashboard lets managers monitor driver fueling success rates, time lost, and station reliability by region. This is not a “nice map”—it’s a reliability layer for a fragile infrastructure, built to reduce failed trips and operational downtime.
