HabitatOps is a mobile + web app for restoration teams to plan, execute, and prove habitat work with defensible evidence. It converts a restoration plan into geofenced tasks (invasive removal, planting, erosion control), then guides crews in the field with offline maps, photo standards, and simple QA checklists. Each task captures GPS tracks, time-on-site, before/after photos, and structured notes so reporting isn’t a painful end-of-season scramble. On the web dashboard, managers see progress by site, burn down charts for contract deliverables, and automated reports aligned to common funder requirements. An AI layer helps standardize field notes, flag missing documentation, and suggest likely species from photos—but it’s optional and never the sole source of truth. This is not a citizen-science app; it’s operations software for people paid to restore ecosystems.
