HabitatOps

HabitatOps is a web + desktop app (traditional + AI) that lets space-habitat teams run realistic operations drills: air leak response, CO2 scrubber degradation, power bus faults, water recycling contamination, and crew scheduling under constraints. It combines a lightweight physics/logic simulator with an AI “mission controller” that injects faults, plays crew roles, and generates after-action reviews. The goal is not entertainment; it’s repeatable tabletop-to-sim training that small companies and university labs can actually afford. Users build a habitat configuration from templates (ISS-like, lunar outpost, Mars transit), set consumables and redundancy, then run timed scenarios with checklists and comms logs. Reports quantify response time, consumable margins, and procedural compliance. Brutal reality: you won’t sell to NASA quickly, but you can sell to the growing ecosystem of commercial station startups, analog habitat operators, and aerospace training programs that need credible drills now.
