HabitAudit

HabitAudit is a mobile + web AI-assisted self-improvement app that runs small, structured “behavior experiments” instead of vague goal-setting. You pick one outcome (sleep quality, focus hours, anxiety level, gym consistency), then the app assigns a simple 7–14 day protocol (e.g., caffeine cutoff time, 10-minute walk after lunch, phone-out-of-bedroom). It pulls passive signals (steps, sleep, screen time) and quick daily check-ins, then shows whether the change had a measurable effect for you—not for “people like you.” The app is blunt: if your data shows no improvement, it tells you to stop wasting time and tries a different lever. It also flags confounders (travel, illness, late nights) so you don’t fool yourself with random variance. The goal is fewer habits, better results, and proof you can trust.
