HabitHarden

HabitHarden is a web app with optional Slack/Teams integrations that measures and improves real employee security behavior using short, context-aware “micro-scenarios.” Instead of long annual training, it delivers 60–90 second challenges triggered by common moments: receiving an external email, sharing a file link, approving an OAuth app, or handling a password reset request. It tracks behavior change over time (not just completion), highlights which teams and workflows generate the most risk, and gives managers practical, non-shaming coaching prompts. The app includes a lightweight policy-to-action mapper: you paste key policies and it converts them into simple do/don’t checklists tied to scenarios. Reporting focuses on measurable outcomes (reduced risky actions, faster reporting) and avoids vanity metrics. Realistically, it won’t replace enterprise suites; it’s designed to be a focused layer that companies can adopt quickly without a big security program overhaul.
