HabitLoad

HabitLoad is a mobile AI-assisted fitness planner that treats consistency like strength training: you progress in small, measurable increments. Instead of dumping generic workout plans on users, it builds a weekly “minimum viable routine” based on time, equipment, injuries, and schedule volatility, then increases volume only when adherence is proven. It auto-adjusts targets after missed sessions without guilt loops, and it explicitly caps ambition to reduce burnout. Users track sessions in under 15 seconds (done/not done + effort), and the app converts that into a simple progression plan (e.g., add 1 set, add 5 minutes, add one extra day). It also includes a “travel/chaos mode” that swaps in micro-workouts when life blows up. This is not for elite athletes; it’s for people who repeatedly start and quit.
