HabitProof is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns preventive care and everyday wellness tasks into a simple, evidence-backed plan you can realistically follow. Users connect their calendar and optionally Apple Health/Google Fit, then pick goals like “annual physical,” “dental cleaning,” “skin check,” “blood pressure tracking,” “sleep routine,” or “strength training twice weekly.” The app breaks each goal into small steps, schedules them automatically, and prompts you only when you’re likely to comply (not constant nagging). It tracks completion with lightweight proof (photo of appointment card, pharmacy receipt, or quick self-check), and shows a “prevention score” tied to real guidelines (age/sex/risk factors). It also includes a “friction log” to identify why you skip tasks and suggests one change at a time. This is not a miracle health app; it’s a practical compliance tool.
