HabitPulse

HabitPulse is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that focuses on one thing most fitness apps ignore: consistency for people who hate “programs.” Users pick a weekly minimum (e.g., 3 x 10-minute sessions) and the app builds micro-workouts that fit their schedule, equipment, and limitations. It uses AI to adapt difficulty based on completion, perceived effort, and soreness, but keeps the UI simple: today’s 10–15 minute plan, a timer, and a streak. It integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit to auto-detect walks, runs, and workouts so users get credit without manual logging. The app also includes “fallback sessions” (5-minute mobility or core) to prevent streak breaks on busy days. It’s realistic: no transformation promises, no complex tracking, and it won’t replace a coach for advanced lifters.
