HabitRx
HabitRx is a mobile + web lifestyle-medicine companion that converts basic health data into a realistic weekly plan you can follow. Users enter (or import) a few metrics—sleep, steps, weight, blood pressure, A1C/lipids if available—plus constraints like schedule, budget, injuries, and food preferences. The app generates a small set of “minimum effective” actions (e.g., two 10-minute walks, one grocery swap, a bedtime anchor) and tracks adherence with frictionless check-ins. It focuses on relapse prevention: when you miss days, it auto-downgrades the plan rather than shaming you. It also supports clinician/coach sharing with a simple progress summary, not raw data overload. This is not a miracle app; it’s built for consistency, not perfection, and it will feel boring by design—because boring is sustainable.
