HadithProof

HadithProof is a mobile + web app that helps everyday Muslims quickly check the authenticity and context of hadiths circulating on WhatsApp, TikTok, and sermons. Users paste a hadith (Arabic or translation) or upload a screenshot; the app finds the closest match across major collections, surfaces grading (where available), chain notes, and scholar commentary links, and flags common misquotes or truncated versions. It also shows “what this is NOT saying” with short, source-backed clarifications and provides a shareable verification card that cites the exact reference. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles fuzzy matching, OCR, and paraphrase detection; the app remains strict about citations and never fabricates sources. The goal is not to replace scholars, but to stop misinformation spreading faster than corrections.
