HallMeter

HallMeter is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that measures whether town halls and all-hands communications are understood, trusted, and acted on—without turning into a noisy Q&A free-for-all. It lets leaders publish a concise “message brief” before the event, then captures real-time comprehension checks and sentiment pulses during key moments. After the session, it generates a plain-language readout: what employees heard, what they missed, where skepticism spiked, and which teams are disengaging. It also routes unanswered questions into a structured backlog with ownership, deadlines, and follow-up posts, so leadership can close loops publicly. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes themes, detects repeated questions, and flags risky ambiguity, but the workflow stays human-owned to avoid hallucinated “insights.” The goal is accountability and clarity, not performative engagement metrics.
