HallPassHub

HallPassHub is a mobile + web app that replaces paper hall passes with a fast, low-friction digital flow teachers will actually use. Students request a pass from a classroom QR code or short link, the teacher approves/denies in one tap, and the student gets a time-limited pass screen. The system automatically enforces rules (one student out at a time, cooldowns, destination limits, nurse priority) and logs who left, when, and for how long. Admins get building-level visibility into hotspots (bathroom congestion, frequent flyers, peak times) without turning it into a surveillance nightmare. It integrates with existing rosters so teachers don’t manually set up classes. Realistically, this wins only if it’s faster than paper and works during chaotic transitions; otherwise teachers will ignore it.
