HallPassly

HallPassly is a mobile + web app that replaces paper hall passes with a simple, auditable system students and teachers can use in seconds. Teachers issue a pass from their phone or classroom computer; students show a time-limited QR pass on their device (or a printed slip for no-phone policies). Admins get real-time visibility into who is out, where they’re headed, and for how long, with configurable limits (e.g., max students in restroom, cooldowns, nurse priority). It includes incident-friendly logs, automatic alerts for overdue passes, and “hotspot” analytics to identify problem times/locations without turning the school into a surveillance state. This is not a full SIS/LMS replacement—just a focused operations tool that can be deployed quickly and used daily. It integrates with Google/Microsoft SSO and can run even with spotty Wi‑Fi via cached offline mode.
