HandoffHawk

HandoffHawk is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors operational handoffs and recurring processes for silent failure. Instead of trying to replace your SOP tool, it sits on top of what you already use—tickets, checklists, spreadsheets, and chat—and enforces “proof of completion” at key control points. Teams define lightweight checkpoints (e.g., file delivered, approval recorded, job run, reconciliation done) and HandoffHawk verifies them via integrations or required evidence uploads. When a checkpoint is missed, late, or inconsistent (e.g., numbers don’t tie out), it escalates with a clear owner, deadline, and audit trail. It also produces simple process reliability metrics: missed handoffs, mean time to confirm, repeat offenders, and top failure points. This is not magic: it won’t fix bad processes, but it will make failures visible and harder to ignore.
