HandOffHQ is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps busy people delegate without the back-and-forth that usually kills momentum. You paste a messy request ("can you handle the vendor thing?") and it converts it into a clear task brief: goal, definition of done, constraints, links, due date, and the exact questions needed to unblock. It then generates a lightweight “handoff packet” (checklist + context + template messages) you can send via email/Slack/WhatsApp. The app tracks acknowledgements, clarifying questions, and status updates in one thread so you don’t become the project manager by accident. It also includes a “delegation library” where you save reusable briefs for recurring tasks (bookkeeping, scheduling, hiring screens). This isn’t a full project management suite; it’s a focused delegation layer that sits on top of whatever tools you already use.
