HandoffHub

HandoffHub is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that finds and fixes the most common workflow killer: unclear handoffs. It maps work items as they move between roles (sales → ops, product → engineering, support → billing) and forces lightweight “handoff contracts” at each transition: required fields, acceptance criteria, owner, due time, and next-step checklist. The app monitors cycle time and bounce-backs (work returned for missing info), then highlights the top 5 handoff points causing delays and rework. It also provides a simple intake form builder with validation and auto-routing rules so requests arrive complete. This is not a full project-management replacement; it sits on top of Jira/Asana/ServiceNow/HubSpot and focuses narrowly on preventing incomplete transfers. Expect pushback: teams hate extra steps, so the product must prove time saved within two weeks via clear metrics.
