HandoffLedger

HandoffLedger is a web + mobile app for frontline operations teams that turns shift handoffs into a verifiable, auditable process. Instead of vague notes in chat or binders, each handoff is a structured checklist tied to a station, time window, and responsible person. Staff attach photos, meter readings, and quick issue flags; supervisors get a single timeline showing what was done, what was skipped, and what’s overdue. The AI layer summarizes handoff notes into a clean brief, detects recurring failure points (e.g., “cooler temp missing on weekends”), and suggests tighter checklists based on actual incidents. It integrates with Slack/Teams for reminders but keeps the record system-of-truth in one place. This is not glamorous software, but it reduces costly misses, blame games, and compliance exposure in multi-shift environments.
