HandoffProof is a mobile + web app for co-parents who constantly argue about “what was agreed” and “who did what.” It creates lightweight, court-friendly documentation without feeling like a legal tool. Each exchange (pickup/drop-off, meds, school items, payments) becomes a timestamped “handoff card” with checklist items, photos, and optional short notes. Both parents confirm completion with a tap; if someone refuses, the record still shows what was submitted and when. The app also supports shared schedules, expense splits, and a neutral-message composer that flags inflammatory language before sending. For high-conflict situations, it offers an “export bundle” that compiles a date-range PDF with logs, attachments, and read receipts. It’s not therapy—it’s accountability and clarity, designed to reduce repeat fights and protect the child’s routine.
