HandoverLog

HandoverLog is a mobile + web app that standardizes the chaotic “what happened today?” exchange between parents and nannies/babysitters. It provides a structured shift timeline (meals, naps, meds, diaper/potty, activities, incidents) with quick-tap entries, photo attachments, and a mandatory end-of-shift handover summary. Parents can set house rules and kid profiles (allergies, routines, emergency contacts), while caregivers get a simple checklist that reduces misunderstandings. An AI assistant turns raw notes into a concise, readable recap and flags missing critical items (e.g., medication time not recorded). It also supports one-tap “I’m here/I’m leaving” check-ins with optional geofence, plus exportable logs for co-parents or agencies. This is not a marketplace; it’s a workflow tool that works with whoever you already hire.
