HarborLens is a mobile + web app for ports, marinas, and vessel operators to document and verify oily waste, sewage, and garbage offloading so it doesn’t end up at sea. Crews create a time-stamped disposal record by scanning facility QR codes, capturing weighbridge/receipt photos, and logging waste type/volume. Ports validate the transaction with a counter-signature and optional sensor/scale integration. The system produces audit-ready reports for regulators and ESG teams, and flags suspicious patterns (e.g., repeated “zero waste” voyages, mismatched volumes vs. vessel size/route). This is not a feel-good consumer app; it’s compliance tooling that reduces paperwork and raises the cost of cheating. The MVP should focus on simple workflows and credible verification rather than fancy dashboards. Monetization is B2B SaaS per facility and per vessel, with paid compliance exports and API access.
