HarvestReady

HarvestReady is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps fish and shrimp farms plan harvest timing and sales with fewer surprises. Farms log stocking date, species/strain, pond/cage size, feed type, daily feed amounts, periodic sample weights, mortality events, and basic water readings. The app estimates growth curves, forecasts harvest windows, and flags when biomass is likely to exceed aeration capacity or when feed conversion is drifting. It also generates simple harvest plans (netting schedule, ice needs, transport loads) and a “sell readiness” report you can share with buyers or processors. The AI component focuses on forecasting and anomaly detection from farm-entered data; it does not pretend to diagnose disease from thin air. This is realistic: the value comes from better planning and fewer last-minute harvest scrambles, not magic automation.
