HatSwitch

HatSwitch helps people clarify the roles they play (manager, parent, partner, caregiver, creator) and what “good” looks like in each—without turning it into therapy-speak. You define 3–7 active roles, then the app guides you to write a one-page “role contract” per role: responsibilities, non-responsibilities, success metrics, time budget, and boundary scripts. A weekly check-in shows where time and energy actually went (calendar import optional) and flags role conflicts like “work role is stealing from caregiver role.” It generates short, practical prompts and scripts for tough conversations (“I can do X, I can’t do Y”) and keeps a simple log of commitments so you stop overpromising. This is not a magic fix; it’s a structured system to reduce ambiguity, guilt, and constant context switching by making roles explicit and measurable.
