HayWatch is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for rabbit, guinea pig, and chinchilla owners to track the few signals that actually matter: appetite, poop output/shape, water intake, weight, and activity. It turns quick daily check-ins into trend alerts and a simple “act now” checklist (e.g., encourage hydration, increase hay access, warm environment, call vet). The app includes species-specific baselines, medication and feeding schedules, and a shareable “vet-ready” timeline export so owners can stop guessing during emergencies. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used only for pattern detection and plain-language summaries, not for diagnosis. The goal is to reduce delayed care and improve outcomes by making early warning signs obvious and actionable without overwhelming users with generic pet advice.
