HazardNudge

HazardNudge is a mobile + web app that delivers 60–120 second “safety nudges” to frontline teams based on their actual site conditions and recent incidents. Supervisors pick the shift, location, and work type (e.g., ladder work, forklifts, confined spaces), and the app generates a quick pre-task prompt, a 3-question check, and a one-tap acknowledgment. It tracks completion, flags repeated risky patterns (like skipped PPE checks), and produces audit-ready records without turning into a full-blown EHS suite. The AI component summarizes free-text hazard notes into consistent categories and suggests the next day’s nudges, but the system stays usable even if AI is turned off. It’s designed for small-to-mid businesses that can’t afford heavy EHS software yet still face real injury and compliance exposure.
