HazardPulse

HazardPulse is a mobile + web incident-prevention app that focuses on closing hazards, not just reporting them. Frontline workers submit a hazard in under 20 seconds with photo, location, and a simple risk score. The system auto-routes it to the right owner using site rules (area, trade, equipment ID) and enforces a short SLA with escalating reminders. Supervisors must attach a “proof of fix” photo/video and a short verification checklist; otherwise the item can’t be closed. A lightweight AI layer clusters similar hazards across sites, flags repeat patterns, and suggests the most common corrective actions based on your own history (not generic advice). The dashboard is intentionally boring: top repeat hazards, overdue fixes, and hotspots by area/shift. Integrations are limited to essentials (SSO, email, Teams/Slack) so implementation doesn’t stall for months.
