HazardPulse is a mobile + web app for frontline teams to capture near-misses, hazards, and small incidents in under 30 seconds, then route them to the right owner with clear deadlines. It replaces messy WhatsApp threads and paper forms with structured reporting, photo/video evidence, location tagging, and lightweight risk scoring. Managers get a live dashboard showing hotspots by site, shift, task, and contractor, plus simple trend charts that actually get used. The AI component auto-categorizes reports, suggests likely root causes, drafts corrective actions, and flags repeat patterns that humans miss. It also generates audit-ready summaries (e.g., weekly safety brief, toolbox talk notes) without a dedicated analyst. This is not a full-blown enterprise GRC platform; it’s a focused, fast adoption tool for operational risk in the field, where most data is currently lost or delayed.
