HazardPulse is a web + mobile app for government contractors and regulated workplaces to capture safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards in the field and automatically drive them to closure with compliant documentation. Workers submit a quick report (photos, voice-to-text, location, involved equipment) even offline; supervisors get a structured workflow for triage, corrective actions, and verification. An AI layer suggests likely root causes, relevant regulatory clauses (e.g., OSHA/agency-specific), and a draft corrective action plan, but keeps humans in control with audit trails and approvals. The system generates inspection-ready packets: timelines, evidence, training acknowledgments, and sign-offs. It also tracks recurring hazards by site and contractor, highlighting hotspots and overdue actions. Realistically, this wins only if it’s faster than spreadsheets and less painful than enterprise EHS suites.
