HazardRoster

HazardRoster is a web + mobile app that helps energy contractors and plant operators staff field jobs with workers who are actually qualified for the specific hazards and site rules. It centralizes worker credentials (OSHA, confined space, H2S, LOTO, TWIC, site-specific orientations), tracks expirations, and matches them to job requirements before a person is dispatched. Supervisors get a simple roster builder that flags gaps (missing certs, expired fit tests, training not accepted by that site) and generates a shareable “ready-to-work” packet for gate access and audits. Workers use the mobile app to upload documents, complete micro-orientations, and receive shift/location details. The goal isn’t fancy HR—it's reducing last-minute turnarounds, safety violations, and costly downtime when the wrong people show up. It integrates with common contractor management and badge systems via API where possible.
