HazardSnap is a mobile + web app for frontline workers to report safety hazards in under 30 seconds and for EHS teams to close the loop with proof. Workers snap a photo, pick a location, and speak a short description; the app auto-tags likely hazard types (slip/trip, guarding, chemical storage, ergonomics) and routes it to the right owner with a due date. Supervisors get a simple queue, escalation rules, and an audit-ready trail of actions, photos, and sign-offs. The goal isn’t “more reports”—it’s fewer repeat hazards and less paperwork. It integrates with Microsoft Teams/Slack for notifications and exports clean evidence for OSHA/ISO audits. This is not a full EHS suite; it’s a focused, lightweight layer that replaces paper cards, messy email chains, and ignored spreadsheets.
